Summary: NOT A BALCONY at best it was a patio but realistically it was a pit a 6 meter pit. It is a basement apartment which is fine but don’t expect a view. The unit was very small about 18 square meters 200 square feet. The kitchen was adequate and luckily I was able to google on how to use the stove or we would have had to eat only cold food. After one initial contact with owner/manager my messages were ignored. The best thing was the location it in an authentic Athenian neighborhood with a really convenient supermarket and some good local food. I would not stay there again.
