Summary: We had a great 7-night stay at Sawyer Harbor Retreat with family (4 adults and 2 teens). The house is very well-equipped and clean. The space was great for our family of four plus grandparents that can't do stairs. The host was very responsive and they were even able to accommodate us checking in 1.5 hours early. The only negative was the private dock, was described as "easy to launch kayaks and canoe" and this is not the case as the dock is small and the water level is super low with high grasses and cattails. You might be able to launch from the dock but it certainly would not be "easy", however, we were able to get the kayaks down to the boat launch just a few blocks away. Overall, I would recommend Sawyer Harbor Retreat.
