This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. * PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 pet fee for one pet or $125 for two, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is no fenced in yard at this home however the community has an enclosed dog run and the neighborhood is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
