Marvel at the great room's grandeur, with its 30 foot vaulted ceiling and double sided stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features beautiful granite counters, a gas range with pot filler above and a wine & coffee bar! There are 6 chairs at the bar and 8 seats at the beautiful dining table. The open floor plan between the living room, dining area and kitchen make this home perfect for large families to spread out and enjoy all this home has to offer.
The large master suite is on the main level and features it's own gas fireplace, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. There is a custom tile shower and separate jetted tub along with double vanities on each side of the bathroom. A true master suite, indeed!
Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the loft that overlooks the living room. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have king size beds and one of them has a queen. There is one bathroom on this level for these bedrooms to share with a tile shower and separate soaking tub.
Downstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full and twin over twin). These bedrooms share a full bathroom down the hall. Also on this level is a small kitchen with a mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a small eating area as well. The laundry room is also on this lower level.
If you thought that was it, you're wrong! This home features an awesome game room above the garage! Accessed via a covered breezeway from the kitchen, you'll be able to enjoy a game of pool, checkers, poker or cards and enjoy the warmth provided by the wood-burning fireplace! Enjoy the brand new hot tub. Lastly, you can enjoy a cool evening bundled up by a fire pit outside.

Additional notes:
-Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
-Please note that fishing in the rivers is reserved exclusively for the homeowners.
-There is enough parking for 6-8 vehicles.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
