Positive: This place had very good atmosphere, much more than what I expected through the photos. I was able to feel safe, and very cozy staying here. There is almost everything you could need for your stay. The place is neatly organized and clean. The bed was super comfortable.
Negative: I could not get in immediately because the key is not working well, it was an awful sensation to have arrived after a long flight and finally arrive with huge luggage and not be able to get in. I really had to work at it trying in many ways, going to the back door to see if I could get in from there etc, and few days later I contacted about this issue because it continued, but I feel the support was insufficient. They. Should have sent someone immediately to fix the lock. I am sure other guests have had this issue and will continue to have this problem if they do not replace the lock! Also, it would be nice to have a citrus press in the kitchen. And for this price you pay, there should be a washing machine for laundry.
Summary: Absolutely enjoyable except for the lock issue
