Enjoy the spectacle of rock pools filling with water on high tide and the rhythmic waves rolling over them. At low tide, these rock pools become an ideal swimming spot, accessible via Separation Creek Beach. A leisurely walk along the beach will take you to Wye River, where you can savour brunch or coffee at the local store.
Designed with sustainable living in mind, The Blue House features a practical and flexible layout within its spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration, complemented by a powder/laundry room. The entry level boasts an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, with seamless access to a king bedroom and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.
The living area is designed for comfort and style, featuring flexible seating options to enjoy the stunning views, a cozy wood heater, Smart TV, and a home theatre system.
Step outside onto the wide wrap-around deck that extends from the living area and master bedroom, perfect for outdoor entertaining with a large 8-piece dining setting and Weber family BBQ.
The chef’s kitchen is a highlight, complete with a Breville barista-style coffee machine and ample space for entertaining. The powder/laundry room is equipped with a large stacked washing machine, heat pump dryer, and a second fridge/freezer.
On the lower level, find two additional bedrooms, a generous central bathroom, and extensive storage/wardrobe space. The Queen bedroom and versatile kids/flex room, which includes a bunk bed, trundle bed (two singles), and a collection of games and books, cater to diverse guest needs.
The Blue House seamlessly integrates with its native bushland and coastal environment, offering year-round delight.
Generally, we are a pet-free house. However, if you have a small dog who you would love to bring with you, please contact us to discuss.
For added security, an active camera monitors the front entrance.
Max 8 guests will have private use of The Blue House:
- Booking for 1-2 guests you will have access to 1 x king size room (other rooms remain closed)
- Booking for 3-4 guests you will have access to 1 x king size room & 1 x queen size room (bunk room remains closed)
- Booking for 5-8 guests you will have access to all bedrooms
