Positive: Amazing view with a huge terrace. Friendly and responsive host. Good location. There is no parking, but always been a free parking spot on a street in front of the apartment.
Negative: Old facility, lack of renovation. Uncomfortable beds/mattresses. Some sockets did not work. In 1 room, there was no light (they ensured it was a temporary problem). The water stream was slow.
Summary: Good value for money. The facility is old but it compensates with amazing view and great location.
