Positive: easy to collect keys on arrival, warm during winter time, nice location at walking distance from the city centre and in an area where free parking may be possible if you find a spot

Negative: the price was way too high for what we got. It was not mentioned the apartment window is at street level which means you hear every car, noise from the hallways, also the apartment door was making noise during the night at different air flows giving the feeling that someone is trying to get in, there was no pressure for cold water, and the warm water was very hot, we got burnt when showering trying to take the shower gel off, brushing teeth, washing the dishes we used and we got no reply from the host regarding this issue. Free parking in the street but finding a spot nearby is a matter of very good luck.
