Summary: Location is fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to the Rome Termini station. The room was very comfortable, sufficiently large and clean with a small lockbox, mini fridge and decent high speed wifi. As the proprieter of this B and B does not stay there, they give you the details to enter the apartment via email and WhatsApp. So be sure to let them know when you're arriving and to contact them for the details if you don't have them on the day of arrival. I was impressed with the use of IOT and the web app to manage the property. They are very responsive to messages though and resolved any questions I had quickly and in a timely manner. Fantastic stay and great value for money.
