Has flat top grill, pellet grill, and gas firepit so you can enjoy the views and cook at the same time. Open living space allows great enjoyment of the views through the 12 foot glass door wall to the 22x12 deck. 1 King bed, and 1 Murphy bed Queen that converts to a desk as needed. All electrics and appliances are high end and new within the last few years.
