Summary: This is my second stay at the property after first in 2018. Property hasn’t been maintained well & is run down, the common jacuzzis are all brown & cracked, the bathrooms need to be upgraded. We had a beach front room with a tub in the balcony. Note it’s just a tub with cool water, no warm or hot water & no jets (to be fair, they don’t advertise as such anyway). On the positives, the buffet breakfast at the resort was good, room service was responsive. You need a jeep to take you to the main road to get a taxi and that was always available & quick. Location being on the Morjim beach is great & the beach shack next to it Lucky Star has great food & service and can get sun beds for the day. The beach has lifeguards & patrol from 9/10am to 6pm. We were a group of ladies and felt safe there. Location is good for families with young kids, with a big sandy beach & shallow waters.
