Access to the house is via a private driveway in which you can park up to three cars.
In front of the house, the terrace is a space sheltered by the dune if the wind picks up. Therefore there is no sea view from the house.

The dune overlooks the foreshore. This overhang protects the terrain from the assaults of the ocean and does not allow direct access to the sea.
