Summary: It is a short walk to the beach, feels like a lot when you're carrying chairs and umbrellas. But very enjoyable. Property description is a bit misleading. We thought we would be right on the water. Altho there is nothing between the house and the water but bare ground and trees, it's still a ways to the water where the boat dock is. The picture in the description of the sunset made us think we'd be able to see the sunset from the house. You can't. It's a short ways to the beach. But not bad. We'd do it again. Water was great. Fishing was not good.
