Be prepared to fall in love when you book your Nashville retreat in this darling ranch style home! Complete with a stunning modern kitchen, unique tile work, decorative touches, and a working piano, you'll love the cozy layout of this charming rental. The spacious back yard and fire pit are perfect for enjoying those gorgeous Tennessee nights under the stars. Located in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located in vibrant East Nashville, there is so much to love about Riverwood East! Only 10 minutes from Titan's Stadium!
Layout:
The entrance of the home enters into the kitchen. To the left is the dining room, laundry room, pantry, and additional exit/entrance. To the right, is the living room and primary bedroom, that hosts a king size bed and full en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Down the hallway there are two additional guest bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a safely doorbell installed at the home, which includes an external camera.

Located in the East Nashville area, you will have fabulous restaurants right at your fingertips, and other local establishments to explore. Only 10 minutes from Titan's Stadium! The inviting open concept floor plan features all the amenities necessary to have a comfortable, convenient, and memorable experience in Music City.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
