Positive: The best part of my stay was the incredible staff. Welid from the front desk took impeccable care of me and was so helpful with everything. And Soukaina in the spa sent me to heaven with my hammam and massage!!

Negative: Incredibly freezing at night in the room. Even with the heat cranked all the way up I had a very hard time getting warm enough to sleep.

Summary: The staff make it!
