Summary: I asked for, and was placed in a room that was 'designated' and 'marked' non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. And although the air conditioner was newer and worked very well, it never got rid of that horible smell in the room. The room was slightly dirty, especially the floor and the towels were dingy. I guess you get what you pay for.
