House apartment of 60 mtrs of recent construction, very bright, located in the center of the town in a quiet area for rest and yet 300 mtrs from the famous Balcon de Europa and also close to the beaches. It has a double room (2 beds), living room with a balcony-terrace (shared with the bedroom), TV with international channels, wi-fi, parquet floors, air conditioning in bedroom and living room, open kitchen with combi fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and equipped with everything you need. It also has a dressing room, safe, bathroom covered with travertine marble with hydromassage cabin and electric towel rail. Going up another section we find the laundry area and the roof terrace (just as large as the house because it occupies the entire roof) with dining room, solarium, fountain, barbecue and fridge.
