PLEASE NOTE: due to the spa being on the second floor balcony, the only way for the spa vendor to access the spa for servicing is through the bedroom. The spa vendor will knock on the door before entering. Please do not turn them away as the spa may become unusable and require extra maintenance if they are unable to service. They have a code to enter the unit, so you do not need to be present unless you wish to be :)

Summary: Our stay in university heights was great. We enjoyed being walkable to so many of the areas bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. And the garage parking made things so much easier for us. Great location, comfortable and well stocked .. we would definitely stay here again.
