Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The place is amazing. The problem was that it rained a lot and unit 7 had water filtering through walls and onto floors. May parents were staying there and it got really damp and humid. Seems the rain damaged the structure so the door wouldn’t even close when we came back from dinner on the second night. We know no one can predict a storm, but seems the containers are not strong enough to hold heavy rain. While the team was responsive (offered to bring towels but we were still out touristing), they did not offer a refund which is what I would’ve done if this were my business. My parents had an unpleasant stay because of this.
