Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We thought the property was well equiped beutifully clean and comforatable though if there had been 4 people there was not enough comfy seats in the living room. penlty of parking and we were there in Dec so please the outside lghts worked well when coming home in the dark.
Negative: On arrival the house was very cold (9 degrees) and unable to light the fire as there were logs and a few sticks but no paper or firelights to use. It took overnight with the heating on to get the cottage warm but after that it was fine as long as we turned the thermostat up and down when needed. The cottage didn't have any views and the road was only a single track road which is ok but it didn't make this clear on when booking. (sorry if I missed this)
Summary: This cottage was clean and comfortable but no views of the beautiful nidderdale area.
