Positive: Would 100% recommend! Beautiful house at the end of the beautiful undulating road to High Birkwith from Horton-in-Ribblesdale. The place is quiet and surrounded by farmland, a perfect countryside getaway. The house is in the Pennine Way between Pen-y-Ghent and Whernside. There’s no signal but the wifi is very good. Property is shared with the owner. Rachel was very nice, discreet and helpful, and has a lovely Spaniel called Reggie. Bathroom (for guests only) is large and kept very clean, with a big bathtub, ideal after a long day of hiking or cycling. Our room was also large. Bikes can be stored safely within the property.
