The home has a mini-split heat and cooling system to provide temperature control for comfort year-round.
Washer and dryer available. We ask for no more than one laundry load per week as the home is on a septic system and overuse could cause a backup. The dryer can be used as needed, please check the lint trap for safety.
Electric vehicle charging is prohibited at the property.
There is a non-refundable pet fee.
Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available upon request.
Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate pets due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

Some interruptions are outside my control, and not all can be resolved immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected disruptions or guest cancellations.
