Positive: This is our 2nd year in a row staying at the the North Fork hideaway. It's the perfect stay for a small family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked allowing you to cook meals in and be able to enjoy the beautiful deck and ambiance this property has. The sound of the river lulls you to sleep each night. And coffee on the deck in the morning is our favorite! Smores in the fire pit were also fun!

Negative: There is a slight smell in the master bedroom, almost musty cat pee. Leaving the door open upstairs seemed to help air it out. My husband thinks it may be the wool rug up there. Definitely wouldn't keep us from staying but can smell unpleasant. A pizza pan would also be great!
