High above Maggie Valley with fantastic mountain views this cozy cottage is waiting for you! Relax on one of the decks and soak up the view! This cottage is located in the gated community of Laurel Heights at a cool 4800 feet in elevation. Just the place for your mountain vacation get away!
Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, the main floor of the cottage has a bedroom with walk out deck, full bathroom with a shower, living room, kitchen, dining area and large covered and open deck to enjoy the outdoors and a screened porch for comfy relaxing. Upstairs is a loft with three twin beds and a half bath. Go outside and down some steps to a recently renovated private suite with king bed and bath.
This home sits above the Maggie Valley Club where seasonal amenities for additional fees include golf, pool and a public restaurant.

Summary: This is a beautiful home.The host has amazing communication skills. The downside to the home is that the heating elements didn't heat the house/rooms regardless what the temp. was set at. It was very cold. And you can only access the other bedroom by going outside.
