Positive: The staff was exceptional! Ana was the best part of this experience! (Obrigada Ana!) Location was great. Close to the port and quite central with nice restaurants and the museum around the corner. The cafe itself was nice with a view plus they have great coffee! Good WiFi! And we got bottled water for free! Proper working AC. Comfy bed and soft pillows! There was even a safe in the room for your valuables.
Negative: The bathroom would need a really good scrub, was moldy and bad smelling. No toilet seat and toilet itself quite dirty. Some switches looked dangerous (not covered). It is next to a big street- so quite noisy. Would not recommend for someone with light sleep.
Summary: Good short stay with awesome staff at good location.
