With respect to our neighbors, the home is not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. This property is intended for families & mature adults. We do not rent to under 25 year old or college groups.

Summary: We had a great stay at this luxury beachfront home. The location was unbeatable a short drive from the beach. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.That said, a few areas (walls, furniture, and minor fixtures) were a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or some updates. Nothing major, but it slightly took away from the “luxury” feel. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.
