Summary: We had a wonderful time at this luxury accomdation overlooking the water in Sydney. It was a bit further from downtown than I realized but there were a lot of restaurants, cafes etc in walking distance. However, there was record rain during our stay so we mostly uber'd everywhere. We made breakfast everymorning in the easy to use kitchen. Coffee and tea was readily available at the house. I didn't end up making dinner but once but it seemed that everything I would have needed was there including basic spices.Craig has clear directions with pictures(!) for the appliances, heater & AC. There is a beautiful deck with seating and a grill but due the pouring rain we barely used either.Craig is right upstairs so he was instantly available to answer questions, offer suggestions or come down in a jiffy to help us out. This is one of the best places we have stayed in out 15 years of VRBOing. 5 Stars!!
