• Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchases onsite. $50 per car/per stay. Working hours: Monday -Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m weekends: 9 a.m. - 6 p. m.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
