Travel Purpose: business

Positive: It was exactly as pictured and liked that I had everything I needed in the room. No issues for me with cleanliness. Very limited noise from neighbours. Liked the washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Location was great for me as I was working nearby.

Negative: The bed was quite soft- not to my taste but it was satisfactory. Got trapped in the shower as door was very stiff to open from inside & handle not very substantial- second time I didn't close it fully but maybe this is something could be fixed
