Positive: - the location, central - the swimming pool - the privacy of our room - the size of the room - polite staff - super clean
Negative: We were a group staying at the hotel and experienced similar issues: - no flexibility from the host: check before 5pm not possible, Check out at 10am, pool not accessible between 12 and 3pm and from 6pm. - access to jacuzzi, fridge and others promoted on booking, but not mentioned at check in - slow check in, waited at the reception for a while, multiple phone calls (host apologies but better organisation is needed) - ac not properly working - lack of space to hang / store clothes - For the same price, you can have better accommodations nearby
