Chacara Figueiredo was born in 1940 in an area of 400 thousand m² with large coverage of Atlantic Forest. The Norman-style house, built in 1942 by architect Paulo Krause, has since hosted our friends and families. Chácara is today part of Reserva Figueiredo, a closed residential allotment implemented in 2014. It houses in 9 comfortable rooms 20 guests that can sleep in peace, away from the urban buzz. It has 5 bathrooms and toilet. It offers 6 social environments: large living room and games room, intimate room, dining room, snooker room, children's room and Barbecue Cabaña. The house is equipped to serve our guests and their eventual guests in barbecues and pizza rounds. It has a caring housekeeper, who provides everything to make the season enjoyable and restful. The large private garden area merges with the common areas of Reserva Figueiredo. There, some 300,000 square meters of woods and green areas offer many options for activities, from hiking to beautiful neighborhoods, biking, ball games or racket.
