Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The hotel was cheerfully decorated and the staff were doing their very best (not many staff) were always willing to see if they could help. When we asked for extra bedding to get warm the staff at the desk gave us blanket and arranged for a small extra heater to be brought to our room. The room cleaning staff were also very nice.
Negative: The room was bitterly cold when we arrived. The hot water took up to 5 minutes to reach our room when we turned it on. The room had nowhere to unpack clothes into. The shower was impossible to use because there was a gap between the door and floor level so it leaked badly.
Summary: Location good but I would think again about where to stay instead of Ibis
