Positive: great location, close to Mineralbaeder bahn station, easy to get around the nearby concert hall, fest platz

Negative: the summer heat made the room unbearable, i requested a floor fan but no reply from management/reception. I advise not to stay in hotel during hot summer days

Summary: Decent accommodations but not during hot summer days
