Positive: Very cozy hotel with great food and cute atmosphere (mouse).

Negative: Maybe good to ask visitor what their language of preference is. I communicated in broken German and later found out hostess is fluent in English.

Summary: Cozy, great atmosphere and the mouse theme adds a cute character.
