Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The home is in an amazing community. The home has a view of the lake. There are tons of deer that freely roam the community. The golf course is amazing. The bathrooms were very nicely remodeled.

Negative: There was pet hair in our bed, cobwebs on the lamps and our comforter had a large white stain on it. The living room ceiling had a water mark and damage in the kitchen. We found some bugs in the home during our stay. Conditions were a little subpar for the price. The cleaning fee was pretty steep for the conditions. These conditions were brought to the attention of the renter and although he seemed concerned and wanted to get them rectified for the future, nothing was done to compensate us for our stay.

Summary: Great location, great community. Subpar conditions.
