Summary: It's a very pleasant room, but it's more of an AirBnB than a hotel. There's no concierge - you let yourself in. I got there a bit early (15 minutes), and the room wasn't ready yet but the person cleaning let me put my bags in the room, which was kind. I came back after half an hour, and it was still not quite ready. Wasn't sure what to do with the key, so left it in the room. The room was good, and the bed comfortable. The faucet on the sink in the little kitchenette area needs to be tightened, a lightbulb over the sink in the bathroom needs to be replaced, and the hose for the shower head really needs to be scrubbed. Minor things. But the location is excellent (very close to the coach station at Gloucester Green and basically centre city), and its an excellent value. Would recommend.
