Welcome to 788 Marlin, a spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom beach retreat perfect for multi-generational family vacations, group getaways, or wedding accommodations. With seven beds and room to comfortably sleep 14 guests, this home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and recharge. The location is hard to beat—situated directly across the street from Beach Access #2, you’ll wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the front porch, while the backyard overlooks the scenic Ocean Point Golf Course and a tranquil lagoon. In the afternoon, you might even catch a glimpse of alligators sunning on the banks.
The first floor includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with a fun kids’ lounge area that features a ping pong table, fire pit, and outdoor movie theater—this space will be fully in place for high season and is sure to be a favorite gathering spot. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an open living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room. Large glass doors let in natural light and frame beautiful views of the ocean out front and the golf course behind, making it easy to find both connection and quiet moments during your stay.
Your rental includes a 6-seat golf cart, allowing you to explore the island at your leisure—many guests find they can leave their cars parked for the entire trip. The property also features an outdoor shower, grilling area, high-speed internet, and TV. A starter supply of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels is provided, along with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and fishing poles to make your stay even more convenient.
