Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Every part of our stay was outstanding. Mahmoud (Front of House Manager) and his team are incredible and you feel like you are being take care of by family. I will be back with my family for a holiday because of Mahmoud and the Team. Mahmoud takes customer service very seriously and I cannot thank him and the team enough for what they did.
Negative: Wifi is very slow. it would be good to have a better connection for those that are staying for work purposes.
Summary: Gemma Resort was the perfect place for me to stay while I was working in the area. I will be back!
