Positive: Accessible and very closed to the banff and canmore
Negative: I’ve been experiencing a serious issue with bed bugs . I’ve suffered from multiple itchy bites and even have photos and videos showing clear signs of bed bugs. I immediately informed the property management, but they claimed they didn’t find any and suggested it might be something else or other insect. I hope management takes this matter seriously for the well-being of all current and future clients.
Summary: Unfortunately, my last night stay was uncomfortable due to possible bed bugs, and I hope management improves their pest
