Positive: Outstanding stay. The hotel is incredibly stylish, with beautiful marble floors and elegant décor throughout. The furniture was both comfortable and high quality, making it the perfect place to relax. The complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch and the perfect way to start our stay. Everything felt luxurious, and we would happily stay here again.

Negative: One small suggestion for improvement would be to make the entrance instructions a bit clearer—for example, noting that the entrance (black glass doors) is to the left of the hotel reception and alongside the Crowne Plaza building. But the owner was immediately on hand via call and explained! Super helpful!
