The Space:
The home has been tastefully decorated with decor and accents that complement the space. The open-concept layout allows everyone to join in on the conversation and is ideal for entertaining. The living space features a Smart TV, a Queen-size sofa sleeper, electric fireplace, and access to the outside balcony. Enjoy peaceful mornings, and starry nights on the covered patio that has a view of the Lake, and Point Royale golf course.
Back inside, there is a formal dining table for 4. An extended counter offers additional counter seating, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are just a couple of the extra items available for your convenience.
The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. An additional guest may sleep on the twin rollaway bed within the home. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.

- There is unassigned parking right in front of the property for up to 1 vehicle in the community lot.
