Positive: The location was good, the Staff very good and the apartment was clean with almost all necessary amenities.
Negative: It's on the 1st floor without an elevator, making it stressful to take bags in and out of the apartment. Also, the location of the collection and drop-off of keys is inconvenient. Although Sarah eventually made an exception for me, the matter should be addressed for the comfort of guests. We had a plumbing issue where the drain of the bath tub became very slow and even though we told the cleaners who claimed to have escalated the problem to the owners for solution, nothing was done and we had to manage for 4 days. The water closet also had a faulty valve. We found a way around it because of my residual knowledge of valves. I believe Sarah would have done something about it if she'd known. Not withstanding the above issue, I'd still come back.
