You are a five minute walk to famous landmarks such as Bannisters and Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary’s Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door.
Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.
Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will get an email the day of their stay with the codes to the doors.

There are two off street parking spots which are on a first come, first serve basis. There are, however, paid public parking lots on Church Street, and also one on Clarke St. which are both just two blocks away. There is also the option of parking for free at another Windward Lot which is a ten minute walk away located off Broadway. Please contact us if you will be needing access to this lot.
86 Spring Street is a five unit building located on Historic Spring Street. Unit Two is a first floor unit and is the perfect retreat after a day spent wandering around downtown. The room was recently refreshed with new furniture and decor. The space is a two large rooms open to each other with a queen size bed and pullout sofa.
