Positive: The location was perfect. The house was very comfortable, seating and bed.

Negative: The house was not thoroughly cleaned , to a standard I would expect of a rental property, especially the toilet. Issues were raised with the owner, unfortunately, I was not happy with her response. I did not require any refund or reduction in price !

Summary: Great location on Northumbria Coastline.
