Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Secure bike storage in a room next to the underground garage. Excellent location in the Altstadt but very peaceful. Spacious apartment, tastefully furnished. Having a washing machine was an absolute treat for 2 grubby cyclists who’ve been on the road a while. Detailed communications from the host were helpful. For the space, this was very good value. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops only moments away. Stade is definitely worth a visit

Negative: Minor comment. The shower room is small compared to the rest of the apartment. Getting into the shower was a bit awkward and it’s base moved. I would worry about a leak if I owned the flat.

Summary: Excellent stopover in comfort for bike touring.
