Positive: The staff members (except for the manager, Kevin) were very friendly, especially the team at the pool.
Negative: We chose this resort for our honeymoon, expecting a peaceful luxury experience, but instead we were deeply disappointed. The resort is essentially a construction site. A large portion of the property is closed due to ongoing construction, the tennis court has been turned into a staging area for heavy construction equipment, and there is constant construction noise throughout much of the resort. This is not the luxury experience that guests pay for, and we believe the hotel should be far more transparent about the extent of the construction before accepting reservations. Charging full price while such significant work is taking place is simply unacceptable. The only bright spot during our stay was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming—especially the team at the pool. Unfortunately, their excellent service could not make up for the disappointment caused by the ongoing construction. The only exception was the manager, Kevin, who was not helpful in addressing our concerns.
