Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We were 3 adults traveling with a car. - Great location: close to the beach (5 min walk), close to trails (1 min away), and close to a grocery store (7min away). - Modern spacious kitchen - Pleasant common spaces (living room, dining room) with a lot of natural light

Negative: - Late check in, at 5pm; one has to pay a fee of increasing magnitude as a function of how early one wants to arrive (as opposed to being able to get the apartment whenever it is ready, like most places do) - Exorbitant to get sheets and towels - 120 euros to have the beds done upon arrival (we ended up bringing our own sheets and towels) - Key pick up / drop off 10 minutes away from the apartment by car - not appropriate for people who travel by public transportation - No parking. The property description indicates that there is free parking nearby, but the closest one is 30-45 minutes away by foot, depending on availabilities (we visited at the end of July). The Four Seasons parking is supposed to be only 20 minutes away by foot, but it is no longer a free parking. - Poor trash management. The owner asked us to bring the trash and the recyclables to a public trash can that is 500m from the apartment. First, it is not convenient to carry trash bags that may break anytime that far. Second, the public trash cans are not suitable for kitchen trash bags. - No dryer. The property ad lists a tumble dryer, but we only found a washing machine (perhaps instructions were missing) and nothing to hang clothes. - Deceiving bathroom description. The apartment is advertised as if there were 2 bathrooms. There is only one toilet, and one shower. One of the bedrooms contains a tub and a sink, but there is no separation between the tub and the room - not even a curtain. This is not practical. - Deceiving bedroom description. There are three bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with 3 individual beds, plus one room that contains a sofa and what looked like a foldable mattress. Rooms are very small, with no room to hang clothes or put away one's belongings. The washing machine is in the room that has a double bed and a tub (strange set up). - No supplies! We were only given 1.5 roll of TP upon arrival, and no paper towel, tissues, hand soap, detergent, cooking oil, or spices.
