Positive: Very nice owner - reached out early to make sure everything works as expected. Everything was ready and in perfect condition just as described. I got a cute note with a little flower vase, a tour of the big camper with 2 bed rooms, fridge, kitchen, toilet and shower - even found a bottle of Spumante in the fridge to kick off the long weekend properly. Got extended time: able to check-in early (12:00 instead of 14:00) and check-out late (19:00 instead of 10:00 I think). Very quiet campground (almost too quiet but it was already September), big pool, nice beach with bar and friendly people everywhere.
Negative: I should have gone a week earlier when there was still entertainment and more people. Campground gate closes at 11 at which time you cant drive inside anymore which made you watch the clock at night.
Summary: Terrific host and home. Recommended!
