3 Bedroom House with Guest Services, Laundry and Parking

Our wonderful beachfront home was designed with relaxation in mind. Walk through the twelve foot sliding doors and onto a covered deck overlooking Long Island Sound. Our property is one of the few beachfront homes with a grassy lawn that leads out to a large patio overlooking the beach.
The open floor plan provides ample space for the family if the weather requires an indoor day. Upstairs has three bedrooms and one full bath. The large master bedroom has a walk in closet, large windows and provides access to the second floor balcony. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has four bunk beds for the kids.
The covered deck with its outdoor couch provides shade and a great place to read or relax. There are two outdoor dining areas, one directly beach side and the other on the deck closer to the house providing ample seating.
The home comes fully stocked with all the amenities including central A/C, wide screen TV's, washer, dryer, internet, BBQ, beach chairs, fire pit, and beach toys for the kids.

Summary: This was the second time we spent our family beach vacation at Mark's property. Upon arrival the house was immaculate, and Mark checked in to be sure everything was okay.The most important aspect of the property to us is the outdoor space with its ample seating, gassy area for the grandkids to play when they are not at the beach, and the direct access to a beautiful sandy beach. We would not have returned for a second time if the property was not exceptional!
