Enjoy a large master bedroom with a newly remodeled en suite bathroom which includes both a soaker tub and separate large shower. The room boasts a Queen bed, window seat, an office nook with WiFi printer, and a smart TV.
Both downstairs bedrooms feature Queen beds and large closets.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, while the open floor plan allows you to enjoy time with family and friends whether they are in the informal dining area or enjoying a drink by the gas fireplace. Upstairs there is a cozy loft space for entertainment with board games, Wii-Sports, puzzles, and more.
The house has a total of 3 TV's equipped with Roku streaming sticks, each loaded with apps such as Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also 300+ mbps WiFi available.
An administrative fee of $60 is added to each booking and paid to the community, which covers use of Pocono Farms amenities such as onsite restaurant, Olympic sized heated swimming pool, championship golf course, tennis/basketball courts, lake access and "beach" area, kids playground, and ice skating (seasonal). 6 passes will be provided to use these facilities, which can be picked up at the community admin office located 1/2 mile from the house. Photo ID may be required.
